About Independent Sound:Independent Sound is situated in the North West Province and provides music and lightning services for any occasion. All this will ensure a flawless performance and an unforgettable event.Independent Sound is also involve in Industrial Theater Events in conjunction with Pumalo Africa Training and Development which have attracted the likes of over 50 000 people and is still running strong. I do have back-up equipment, should anything go wrong. My style of handling events is both formal and fun. My equipment and lighting will be set up hours before your event begins. If requested, I will compile a play list of favorite songs for background and dance music. I will gladly listen to any requests (must play and do not play songs). Further to this I have performed with some of South Africa’s top DJ’s – DJ Dizzy, Lady Lea, Divas on Decks, DJ Speedy and OFM’s Divan de la Guerre.Independent Sound has three significant responsibilities:· Hosting the events of your reception in a professional manner and· Making the perfect music choices to compliment your event, whether it is a wedding, private party, school function, etc. · Making sure your event stays as a memory for you and your crowd.Over the past 13 years I have gained so much experience which enables me to read any crowd and therefore selecting just the right songs at any given moment to complement each phase of your reception while, at the same time, being responsive to your music preferences and those of your quests.My performance however is only as good as my preparation. We have been in the music business for over 13 years with main events being with Jannie du Toit and Christa Steyn, better known as Hartsnaar and the launch of Wasserfal, well known Afrikaans Band, recently nominated on the MK-Awards. We travel the country in order to satisfy your music needs. Independent Sound is SAMRO (South African Music Rights Organization) registered.
